He has expertise in all aspects of identifying, protecting and exploiting intellectual property assets, with a specific focus on strategic alignment of the IP strategy with the business and technology strategies. He is a registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark office and is admitted to the bars of the states of New York, Minnesota, and Texas, along with the Court of Appeals for the Federal circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree, a Juris Doctor, and a M.S. in Management of Technology degree.
