About Me
I’ve worked for big corporates, started and successfully grown my own businesses, as well as helped others start and grow theirs. My own business has been a marketing then digital agency followed by starting and growing a management consultancy. I am currently a non-exec and have been Chairman, CEO and Sales and Marketing Director. I have been advising and mentoring friends, colleagues, companies and teams throughout my career. I believe my life and commercial experience gives me the wisdom and insight to support you as your ‘companion on an unexpected journey’.
My Coaching
My coaching practice and learning has made me realise that effective coaching can be positively life changing. My experience means I am able to mentor and advise when asked, or if I feel it’s appropriate, but my ambition is to get to the heart of your issues and work with you to overcome them and achieve the goals you set for yourself.
I am not formulaic and will adapt my coaching to your needs and aspirations. I am told I have a natural gift to bring humour into my coaching, as well as empathy - and I am confident that we’ll enjoy working together. Let’s give you the time and space to become who you’d like to be.

I have worked in most sectors with teams of all shapes and sizes, so I will be able to understand the context of your work situation. I can help you with team conflict, business presentations and pitching, relationship management and business development. I support entrepreneurs especially in digital and have advised on scaling companies and digital transformation.
